Job summary

North Star Partners, LLC is seeking a Senior IAM Consultant to design and deliver identity governance solutions across lifecycle, JML, and access reviews. You will take client engagements from requirements through production, with a strong focus on Saviynt and IAM tooling, in a hybrid Sydney/ANZ context.

You'll run requirements sessions, craft architecture, write clear design docs, and mentor a small team of engineers.

Qualifications

• Lead design and delivery of identity governance solutions: lifecycle, JML, access requests and roles.
• Run requirements sessions with clients and translate to architecture and build.
• Integrate apps and directories across the identity stack (Entra ID, Okta, AD, PAM, HR systems).
• Write clear design docs, as-builts and options papers.
• Mentor a small group of mid-level engineers.
