Job summary

Whizdom seeks an experienced Saviynt Engineer for a Sydney-based role in a banking sector IDAM managed services environment. The position supports a long-term contract with a permanent option, working within a large, highly regulated enterprise.

You will contribute to delivery, enhancement and ongoing operation of Saviynt-based IAM capabilities, collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to meet banking requirements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Saviynt implementation and support experience.
• Solid Identity & Access Management (IDAM) background for enterprise environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and support Saviynt-based IAM solutions within an IDAM managed services setup.
• Maintain identity lifecycle and access management capabilities across platforms.
• Collaborate on IAM integrations and application onboarding.
• Troubleshoot Saviynt and identity-related issues to ensure service stability.
• Contribute to enhancements and changes within the IDAM platform.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for operations and knowledge sharing.
