Job summary

Identifly is seeking a Senior IGA Specialist to design and deliver Identity Governance solutions for complex environments. You will lead SailPoint and Saviynt deployments, own technical designs, and guide engineers through end-to-end implementations.

Based in Australia with a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with clients, project managers and leadership to ensure delivery excellence, lifecycle management, access reviews and joiner/mover/leaver processes across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience.
• 4+ years in Identity/Security or Infrastructure domains.
• Proven experience leading SailPoint and/or Saviynt IGA deployments.
• Knowledge of IDaaS solutions (Okta & Entra ID).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with HR-driven provisioning and Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and implementation of IGA solutions on SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Engage with external stakeholders and SMEs to capture requirements and drive delivery.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams, develop implementation plans and estimates.
• Evaluate new technologies in consultation with vendors.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate status professionally.
• Produce architecture diagrams, design documents, test plans and project artefacts.
• Perform system configuration, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for deployed technologies.
• Report progress, time and deliverables on a regular cadence.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership to the team.
• Contribute to Identifly IGA standards and training materials.
