Job summary

ADP Consulting in Adelaide is seeking a Senior Hydraulic Engineer to lead hydraulic services design on a range of complex building projects. You will drive sustainable, code-compliant water, drainage, and stormwater solutions, coordinating with clients, architects and builders from concept through construction.

With 6+ years in hydraulic design and a strong grasp of Australian Standards and NCC/BCA, you will mentor junior engineers and shape multidisciplinary delivery in a collaborative

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in hydraulic services design within the building services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of Australian Standards, NCC/BCA, WSUD principles and authority requirements.
• Ability to deliver projects independently while coordinating with other services such as electrical, mechanical and fire protection.
• Strong portfolio across commercial, healthcare, education, residential sectors.
• Passion for sustainability and water-saving/green building practices.
• Clear communication and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Tertiary qualification and registration (or eligibility) as a professional engineer in SA.

Responsibilities

• Lead hydraulic services design on a range of complex building projects.
• Drive technical quality, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, builders and consultants to deliver coordinated systems across water, drainage, gas and stormwater.
• Deliver efficient, code-compliant hydraulic solutions from concept through to construction.
