Qualifications
- Significant experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of chillers, central plant equipment.
- HVAC trade qualification and restricted electrical licence.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and routine maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
- Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and overhauls.
- Commission and optimise HVAC systems for performance.
- Undertake small commercial installations and upgrade works.
- Read and interpret plans and technical drawings.
- Service equipment from package units to chillers and central plant systems.
- Collaborate with Johnson Controls Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Prepare quotations for minor works and manage on-site projects.
