Job summary

Qualifications

• Essential trade qualification and relevant HVAC service experience.
• Experience with chillers and commercial air-conditioning systems.
• Exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS) and commissioning work.

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance and reactive service work.
• Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and commissioning.
• Installation, overhaul, and servicing of commercial mechanical systems.
• Maintenance of equipment from package units to chiller plants.
• Exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Preparing quotes for small works and minor projects.
• Site coordination and customer engagement.
• Reading plans and supporting small commercial installation projects.
