Job summary
Entura is seeking a senior technical officer with deep expertise in substation EHV, HV and LV metering installations, testing, maintenance and commissioning. You will deliver high-quality meter schemes across hydro power stations and substations while mentoring teammates and guiding project delivery.
You will prepare estimates and proposals for internal and external clients, support sales activities, and travel to diverse field locations.
Qualifications
- Electrical practitioner qualification or equivalent
- Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent
- Advanced Diploma of Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in testing and commissioning metering schemes for EHV/HV/LV installations
- Strong experience in primary and secondary energy metering testing and commissioning
- Experience with Omicron CPC100, CMC256 and Test Universe software will be highly regarded
Responsibilities
- Deliver meter installation, testing, maintenance and commissioning services across hydro power stations and substations.
- Prepare estimates and assist with proposals for internal and external projects.
- Support sales activities and capability development across the Power Group.
- Travel to field locations as required.
