Job summary

Linkforce is seeking an experienced HR professional for a senior advisory role based in our Perth CBD office. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will partner with leaders across the business to provide practical, commercially focused advice on a broad range of people matters.

You will lead investigations, manage performance and employment obligations, and drive strategic HR initiatives while building credible relationships at all levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, industrial instruments and BOOT assessments
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a practical, down-to-earth approach and the ability to build credible relationships across all levels of the organisation
• A proactive, solutions-focused individual, able to work collaboratively and autonomously, to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound outcomes
• Experience in fast paced mining, construction, or resources environments (highly regarded)

The Role

Based in our Perth CBD office and reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
