Job summary

Salted Stone APAC is seeking a Senior HubSpot Solutions Strategist to join our APAC Solutions team in Sydney. You will lead HubSpot implementations, data migrations, and CRM optimisations across Marketing, Sales, Service, and related tools.

You will design scalable CRM architectures, run workshops, and translate technical requirements into practical solutions for clients. Collaboration with marketing and development teams is essential to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Strategy, Revenue Operations, or CRM consulting.
• Advanced hands-on HubSpot experience across hubs.
• Proven ability to architect scalable marketing, sales, and service operations in HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
• Experience integrating HubSpot with third‑party systems using middleware.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HubSpot implementation services including onboarding and data migration.
• Lead discovery sessions and client workshops to design scalable CRM architectures.
• Map and document sales processes and CRM data requirements.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable solutions for clients.
• Create and maintain client documentation and training materials.
• Manage multiple implementations and deliver on time and budget.
• Provide timelines, estimates, and status updates; identify risks and mitigations.
• Train and mentor teammates on onboarding and data migration.
