Job summary

Huble is seeking an experienced HubSpot Solutions Architect in Australia to design effective HubSpot architectures, data strategies and integrations. You will work with clients to map requirements, define data models and ensure successful CRM implementations across marketing, sales and service hubs.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in digital agency settings, strong API and integration skills, and a proactive, client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years designing architectures, data strategies and integrations.
• Direct experience with CRM systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in HubSpot or willing to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex HubSpot configuration projects and mentor juniors.
• Define architecture and scope solutions with documentation.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, sales and service teams on rollouts.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions and create supporting materials.
• Own requirements gathering and translate into user stories and acceptance criteria.
