Job summary

Tamboran Resources Corporation seeks a Sr HSE Advisor to provide health and safety support across teams in the Darwin, NT office, with on-call duties and occasional site visits. You will promote HSEMS, lead incident management, and deliver safety training to drive safe practices.

The role requires extensive experience in HSE within resources, strong communication, and the ability to influence safety behaviours; on-call and travel to field sites in the Northern Territory are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in an HSE role within resources sector (oil and gas preferred).
• University diploma in WHS or related area strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contractor management including pre-mobilisation, HSE bridging, and compliance.
• Assisting with development and maintenance of HSEMS documentation and risk registers.
