Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects Australia (CPP) is seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) site advisor to support our SA operations on large-scale renewable projects with an 11/3 roster. You will champion WHSE compliance, lead safety initiatives and partner with operations to protect our people.

The role requires WHS qualification and field experience in high-risk environments; strong communication and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

Qualification in Work Health Safety or equivalent experience.
Field experience in high-risk industries like electrical or construction.
Experience in a site-based safety/audit role.
Proven safety leadership track record.
Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
Experience with HV utilities, regulators or renewables is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain our WHSE system on site to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established performance standards.
Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of high-risk work activities to ensure successful HSE outcomes.
Conduct or assist site inspections and investigations.
Develop and deliver internal communications and lead community meetings and toolbox sessions.
