Job summary

Warramunda Village in Kyabram, VIC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to lead the people plan for our aged care and home care services. The role partners with the executive team to steward the end-to-end employee lifecycle across our residential facility and expanding home care division.

As a true portfolio owner, you will drive strategic workforce initiatives, navigate complex industrial relations, and shape proactive workplace culture, wellbeing and retention across a growing regional

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HR Advisor or HRBP role, ideally in Aged Care, Health or similar complex sector.
• Strong knowledge of Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements; familiarity with Aged Care Award and SCHADS Award is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship building with frontline staff and leadership.
• Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory to senior leadership on workforce planning, recruitment, performance and culture.
• Interpretation of multi-award structures ensuring compliant rostering and fair work practices.
• Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment strategy, employee relations cases and staff wellbeing initiatives.
• Develop staff onboarding, training compliance, leader capability and engagement to support frontline care teams.
