Job summary

Latrobe Valley Village is seeking a senior HR/People & Culture leader to drive workforce planning, HR management and systems across the organisation. You will work with executive and operational leaders to build a capable, engaged and compliant workforce delivering quality aged care services.

Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, policy development, training compliance and rostering oversight within an independent not-for-profit aged care setting.

Qualifications

• Senior HR or People & Culture leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law.
• Experience with workforce planning and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and HR management across the organisation.
• Oversee HR policy development and learning programs.
• Manage investigations, performance management, and rostering oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Act 2024 and quality standards.
