We deliver world class experiences for our HR teams and employees across Australia (AU), Singapore (SG), and China (CN) Operations by raising the bar on employee experience, driving efficient and effective processes, enabling data driven decision making, and relentlessly challenging the status quo across the entire employee lifecycle. We're looking for an HR Program Manager with a proven delivery record to own and execute strategic, cross functional projects across our AU, SG, and CN networks. If you're an innovative, analytical leader who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, and operations and you're energised by solving complex problems with simple, practical solutions - this is your role.

This role will be based 5 days a week on site at our Sydney CBD office or nearest Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
