Join us in transforming Australia's last-mile delivery network and revolutionizing on-road operations! Are you passionate about leveraging technology to enhance delivery quality, speed, and cost while creating exceptional experiences for both delivery associates and customers? This role offers you the opportunity to drive large-scale improvements across Amazon's AU AMZL network as part of the AU OTR ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team.
Your role involves building strong relationships and communication across regions to implement improvement initiatives and deploy new tools. You'll collaborate with Operations teams and leaders for process improvements, conduct cost simulations using available data to negotiate with stakeholders, and make plans for pilots that validate the effectiveness of process improvements or tool deployments.
This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join the OTR team, as part of the wider AU Operations Excellence organization. This is a highly autonomous area in which an individual with a passion for on-road operations can thrive.
