Job summary

Expert360 seeks an HR Practice Sales Director to build and lead a new HR Practice in Australia. You will be one of four Australian Practice Directors reporting to the Founder & CEO, Bridget Loudon, and will drive relationships with mid-market clients for contract, permanent, consulting, interim, or fractional work.

You will deepen existing client relationships, build new ones, and collaborate with segment leaders to deliver HR expertise, briefs, and talent delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in executive search or senior recruitment in HR/People & Culture
• Strong sales and business development with track record of winning/retaining clients
• Established network of HR leaders, candidates, and client organisations
• Ability to credibly engage with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Strong candidate assessment and interview capability
• Commercial mindset with negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of client relationships within HR/People & Culture
• Originate and convert new executive and senior-level search opportunities
• Advise clients on talent strategy, market insights, and organisational design
• Lead fee negotiations, proposals, and commercial agreements
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of client projects and shortlisted candidates
• Partner with senior HR professionals on complex projects
• Maintain a strong presence in HR leadership market and build a high-quality candidate network
• Represent the firm at industry events and forums
