Ramp Advisory Partners in Geelong is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to work closely with the HR Manager on operational HR and improvement initiatives. This hands-on role offers a path to permanency for the right candidate and involvement across performance management, policy development and payroll support.

The successful candidate will bring a tertiary HR qualification and at least five years of HR experience with strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations.

Qualifikationen

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years’ HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management and HR policy development.
• Confident communicator who can coach managers with discretion.

Aufgaben

• Support performance reviews and performance improvement processes.
• Coordinate learning, development and mandatory training.
• Review and develop HR policies and procedures.
• Provide practical employee relations advice to managers.
• Support disciplinary matters, investigations and conflict resolution.
• Assist with remuneration reviews and workforce planning.
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Support Return to Work and workplace health programs.
• Provide backup support for payroll processing.
• Ensure HR practices align with Australian employment legislation and relevant Awards.
