Job summary

Vopak seeks an experienced HR Partnering Manager to lead planning, direction, and coordination of HR activities for Vopak Terminal Australia and VVET. You will partner with leadership and global HR to drive initiatives, develop talent, and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will guide performance management, succession planning, and policy development, shaping a strategic HR agenda for continued growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in a multinational environment.
• At least 6 years in HR business partnering role.
• Strong track record in change management and employee engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate HR activities for Vopak Terminals Australia and VVET.
• Develop and lead local HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Acquire, develop and retain talent including performance management and succession planning.
• Collaborate with local and global HR teams to meet objectives and regulatory needs.
• Create policies and procedures, ensure compliance and competitiveness.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, unions and vendors.
