IDP Education is seeking an experienced Senior People Experience HRBP to partner with senior leaders, driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness within a fast-paced global environment. This Melbourne-based role is for an 8-9 month fixed-term contract, offering hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days flexible) and exposure to senior leadership.

• 8+ years of HR Business Partnering experience.
• Change Management and Transformation capability.
• Strong Employee Relations expertise.
• Workforce Planning and Organisational Design experience.

• Experience operating within global or matrix organisations.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Oracle HCM implementation, transformation or system deployment experience.
