Job summary

Clough Limited is seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Brisbane team. You will partner with operational leaders to deliver HR solutions across Brisbane/Queensland, aligning people outcomes with business priorities.

You will provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, and development while coordinating with Centres of Excellence to implement strategic HR initiatives. A strong on-site construction/engineering mindset is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ HR experience with at least 5 years in a business partnering capacity.
• Experience on site in construction/engineering/mining environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel to site as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement people solutions.
• Provide expert HR advice across Brisbane/Queensland and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Advise Project Managers, Line Managers and employees on HR policies, managing complex employee relations and investigations.
• Draft HR correspondence such as contracts, policies, and org charts; support HR reporting and analytics.
• Coach leaders on people management, capability development, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
