Job summary

First People Recruitment Solutions in Brisbane is seeking an experienced HR/ER professional for flexible, client-facing work as part of a first-to-market ombuds service. The role supports employees across client organisations, with remote and hybrid arrangements including occasional in-person team moments in Sydney.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years HR/ER experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related discipline, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to build rapport
