Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist in Case Management and Investigations to lead end-to-end case management of complex workplace matters, including preliminary enquiries and investigations. You will provide evidence-based HR advice to support fair outcomes and help foster an inclusive workplace across CSIRO.

You will assess risks, coordinate investigations, and deliver clear guidance to leaders while ensuring documentation and processes comply with policies and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Specialised workplace investigation qualifications or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience conducting workplace investigations and end-to-end case management of complex matters.
• Ability to research, interpret and apply legislation, policies and guidance material to misconduct processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end case management of complex workplace matters, including investigations.
• Provide trusted, evidence-based advice to support fair outcomes.
• Help foster a fair, respectful and inclusive workplace across CSIRO.
• Conduct investigations and recommend resolution pathways in collaboration with key stakeholders.
