Job summary

CSIRO is seeking a Senior People Advisor, Workplace Relations to lead complex workplace investigations, provide expert HR advice and guide leaders through sensitive people matters. You’ll partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure fair, compliant outcomes and maintain confidential records throughout the case management lifecycle.

You will collaborate with People Partnering and Industrial Relations teams, applying legislation and policies to support risk-informed decisions while upholding CSIRO

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Employment Law or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR, Employment Law or Industrial Relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead impartial workplace investigations with independence and integrity.
• Provide evidence-based HR advisory support and risk assessments to senior management.
• Conduct thorough investigations into misconduct, discrimination, bullying and other sensitive matters.
