Job summary

WCA Solutions is a WA-based HR and WHS advisory practice seeking an experienced HR Advisor. You will partner with business leaders across mining, resources, Aboriginal corporations, and government to deliver practical HR solutions and strategic advisory services.

You'll manage a portfolio of clients, provide end-to-end HR support, and contribute to a high-performing team backed by experienced leaders. This role offers autonomy, growth, and exposure to senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field.
• 4+ years' experience as an HR generalist.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in mining/resources sector (essential).
• Strong understanding of Australian industrial relations and HR compliance.
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A genuine willingness to grow professionally and contribute to a high-performing team.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver HR outcomes for clients across mining/resources sectors.
• Provide hands-on, commercially grounded HR advisory across the full employment lifecycle.
• Manage client expectations, budgets, and deliverables with an emphasis on ER/IR matters.
