Job summary

Navitas is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners and leaders across Australasia, delivering broad generalist HR advisory services and ensuring high performance and positive workplace culture. You’ll manage a small client portfolio and provide guidance on employment matters within Australasian operations.

You will collaborate with operational managers to implement local HR initiatives aligned with the overall HR strategy, while maintaining strong relationships and delivering

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR and experience in a generalist HR role supporting diverse stakeholder groups.
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with geographically dispersed clients.
• Experience in HR administration, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding with high accuracy and detail.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability with HR data and workforce insights.
• Resourceful and proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders and employees, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, policies and WHS.
• Support leaders in workforce management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Deliver HR administration and payroll/change processes and documentation.
• Maintain HR systems, analyze workforce data and contribute to HR initiatives.
