Job summary

Future You is seeking a Senior HR Adviser for an on-site role in NSW. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, inductions and HR operations in a fast-paced team, partnering with managers to deliver accurate HR support across the full employee lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration, with strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and compliance to ensure processes are followed consistently.

Qualifications

• Experience in a HR Adviser, Senior HR Adviser or similar role.
• Hands-on experience across recruitment, on-boarding and HR administration.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes and working closely with hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience preparing employment contracts, offers and variations.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & on-boarding: manage recruitment activities, coordinate job advertisements, interviews, references and pre-employment checks.
• HR administration & employee lifecycle: maintain employee records, changes to employment, variations and HR documentation.
• HR advisory & employee relations: provide practical HR advice to managers and employees, support policy implementation and maintain HR dashboards.
