Job summary

FutureYou in Mosman, NSW is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to own the recruitment function within a large, diverse organisation. This senior role focuses on strategy, stakeholder engagement and process improvement, beyond filling vacancies.

You will partner with leaders to shape roles, drive end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to workforce planning within a dynamic People Operations environment. Based in Mosman with strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition at a senior level.
• Proven leadership capability, even without formal large-team management.
• Experience improving recruitment processes and workforce planning.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strategic, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience recruiting across diverse roles and BAU vs strategic work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with managers to understand current and future workforce requirements.
• Advise on role design, position descriptions and recruitment strategy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve outcomes.
• Influence hiring managers to adopt improved recruitment practices.
• Contribute to workforce planning and position management initiatives.
• Support data improvements within SuccessFactors and broader People Operations projects.
• Provide recruitment expertise across a diverse range of roles and business areas.
