James Foster Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a $30M hospital project in The Inner West, Sydney. The role demands proven hospital construction experience and a track record of delivering complex health facilities on time and within budget.

You will oversee design development, procurement, construction delivery, and commercial management while coordinating with hospital stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors. A competitive package awaits the right candidate.

Formación

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager with a reputable builder.
• Delivery on projects around $20M or larger.
• Hospital construction experience essential.
• Knowledge of head contracts, subcontract management and commercial construction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preconstruction through to completion and handover.
• Manage programme, budget, quality, and safety outcomes.
• Lead and direct the project delivery team.
• Oversee head contracts and key contractual obligations.
• Maintain client, consultant and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive design development, procurement, and cost control.
• Identify risks early and report to senior management.
