Southern Cross Care WA seeks a Client Services Manager to lead high-quality Home Care services across metropolitan and regional WA. You will drive client outcomes, customer service, and growth while ensuring compliance and financial performance.

This senior role oversees teams in Perth, the Southwest and Broome, with hybrid working from Rivervale. You’ll manage care delivery, workforce utilisation and funding, and collaborate with Quality, Marketing and Client Experience teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in community or aged care services.
• Strong operational management of day-to-day service delivery and quality.
• Financial management including budgets and targets.
• Ability to plan workforce capacity, rostering and scheduling.
• Proven ability to grow services through enquiries and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Care Coordinators, Service Coordinators and staff.
• Oversee referral management, onboarding and care planning.
• Monitor KPIs: service hours, workforce utilisation and funding expenditure.
• Plan workforce capacity and scheduling for sustainable delivery.
• Build a high performing, engaged team through coaching and development.
• Collaborate with Quality, Workforce Operations, Marketing and other teams to deliver outcomes.
• Strengthen referral pathways with hospitals and community organisations.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery models and capacity.
