Job summary

Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a Client Engagement Officer to be the first point of contact for new Home Care enquiries and to assist clients through onboarding, coordinating with Client Coordination, Scheduling and Accounts.

You will use your admin skills and experience with the My Aged Care portal to track service demand, identify growth opportunities, and ensure a smooth onboarding process while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• First point of contact for new Home Care enquiries and onboarding.
• Strong admin skills and experience using the My Aged Care portal.
• Collaborates with Client Coordination, Scheduling and Accounts to route enquiries.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary contact for new Home Care enquiries with exceptional service.
• Assesses client needs, provides information on services, and supports onboarding.
• Maintains coordination across internal teams for timely follow-up and referrals.
• Monitors client engagement trends and assists with recruitment planning.
• Navigates the My Aged Care portal to source client referrals efficiently.
