Job summary

NSW Institute of Sport (NSWIS) is seeking an experienced High-Performance Manager to lead a portfolio of sport partnerships and programs. You will negotiate, implement and review partnership agreements with NSOs and sport stakeholders to drive performance outcomes.

This full‑time role requires a strategic leader with a track record in elite coaching, stakeholder management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in elite coaching and leading programs.
• Proven ability to manage staff and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience in high-performance sport management, leadership and program delivery.
• Strategic planning and systems management for performance program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and manage sport partnership agreements with NSOs and sport stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor performance-focused partnerships to drive athlete outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional high-performance teams and resources to support programs.
• Align NSWIS activities with the High Performance strategy and Win Well objectives.
