Job summary
Imaging Associates in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Integrations Lead to drive the design and delivery of our healthcare integration ecosystem. You will own the technical architecture for EMR/EHR, RIS, PACS interfaces, and security dependencies while guiding two Integration Analysts.
Reporting to the Head of Technology & Digital Transformation, you will coordinate incidents, oversee production health, and collaborate with hospital partners and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable information
Qualifications
- Extensive healthcare interoperability experience, ideally in radiology or hospitals.
- Advanced HL7 v2.x and DICOM knowledge.
- Experience with integration engines/gateways such as Kailo Hub, Rhapsody, Mirth/NextGen Connect.
- Ability to troubleshoot multi-vendor clinical apps and networks.
- Experience coordinating delivery and incident investigations.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Own integration architecture, delivery, and operational reliability.
- Lead integration analysts, from design to go-live and handover.
- Oversee complex HL7/DICOM connectivity issues and security dependencies.
- Coordinate major incidents with hospital teams and vendors.
- Promote accountability and continuous improvement.
