• 2+ years advertising agency experience (preferably healthcare).
• Digital and print production experience.
• Strong marketing strategy understanding.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Financial acumen and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Assist in day-to-day management of accounts and ensure exceptional service and delivery.
• Understand clients’ business, marketing goals, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with Business Directors on strategic planning and high‑level conversations.
• Write briefs aligned to brand strategy and lead internal briefing meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to develop integrated, feasible concepts.
• Champion Orchard’s Invent Better mission through innovative thinking.
• Manage multiple digital and print projects and scope requests.
• Work with UX and creative teams to develop site maps, quotes, and solutions.
• Document project scope, budgets, schedules, and risk/change logs.
• Manage communication with clients and provide progress updates.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
