Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Senior Health & Safety Advisor for Cracow Gold Operations. Reporting to Sustainability, you will promote health and safety practices, drive safety initiatives and support SHMS across the operation.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OHS roles in mining or processing environments, strong incident investigation skills and the ability to coach across all levels of personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an OHS Advisor or Safety Representative.
• Experience in underground mining or process plant operations preferred.
• Experience delivering SHMS improvements and continuous improvement.
• Strong engagement, coaching and mentoring across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support application of health, safety and training programs.
• Drive positive safety outcomes and initiatives with site teams.
• Promote awareness of Health and Safety Practices and investigate incidents.
