Zusammenfassung

VIDA Health, part of the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority, is seeking a Specialist, Developments to lead and coordinate health infrastructure projects from master planning through to business cases. The role requires steering priorities, milestones and practical solutions while aligning with VIDA Health's delivery program.

Qualifikationen

Demonstrated experience in a similar role that demonstrates technical project management expertise providing technical advice and ensuring project objectives are met.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to identify underlying needs, navigate sensitive issues, and develop practical solutions.
Proven ability to foster collaboration, promote knowledge sharing and build strong partnerships across teams to deliver outcomes.

Aufgaben

Lead and coordinate health infrastructure projects from master planning through to detailed design and business cases.
Shape VIDA Health's forward pipeline by providing strategic and technical advice across planning, design, and business case development.
Drive clear project reporting and stakeholder communication, building relationships with internal and external partners.
Develop and lead a high-performing team, modelling strong people leadership and delivery against priorities.
