VIDA Health is seeking a senior leader to guide the planning and design of Victoria's future health infrastructure. You will provide expert clinical planning advice, design assurance and technical leadership across major capital projects, working with health services, clinicians and project teams to shape safe, functional healthcare environments.

You will mentor a team of design professionals, lead strategic design initiatives and represent VIDA Health in forums and committees, driving

Competenze

Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Health Planning, Building Design, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
Experience in Capital planning, project delivery or operational leadership within public health infrastructure.

Mansioni

Lead strategic design initiatives for health, mental health and aged care infrastructure outcomes.
Represent VIDA Health on committees and working groups, promoting innovative design approaches.
Develop design guidance and standards to support healthcare delivery.
Identify design guidance and sector practice improvements and lead practical solutions.
