Job summary

West Gippsland Healthcare Group seeks a values‑led leader to manage the Financial Services BI Division at Warragul Hospital. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to translate clinical data into clear insights, shape strategy, and improve care through data‑driven decisions.

The role requires expert BI capability, healthcare data experience, and a proven track record in delivering actionable dashboards and cost analyses in a complex organisation.

Qualifications

3+ years in dashboard development with stakeholder co-design of wireframes
Experience translating business requirements into visualisations
Experience with healthcare data strategy and data literacy initiatives

Responsibilities

Lead the Financial Services Business Intelligence Division for Warragul Hospital
Provide strategic financial and data advice to CEO/Board and executive team
Develop, implement and monitor dashboards, data models and portals
Cost patient activity accurately in line with CCSAA standards
Drive data literacy and Power BI training across clinical and non-clinical audiences
