Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with carpentry and general maintenance on commercial/government facilities.
• Ability to read plans and manage basic repair tasks.
• Capable of coordinating with subcontractors and clients on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and compliance.
• Coordinate construction programs and schedule manpower and equipment.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely, quality outcomes.
• Support pricing and scoping of works.
• Coordinate access, materials and issue resolution with client reps.
• Develop work procedures and SWMS; monitor activities for safety and quality.
• Identify variations or delays and report promptly.
