Q One is seeking an experienced Handyman / Carpenter to join our Sydney team. The role involves a hands-on mix of carpentry and general maintenance across commercial and residential sites, delivering quality workmanship in a varied environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years experience in handyman, carpentry, or maintenance roles.
• Current, valid drivers licence.
• National Police Check.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Strong understanding of site safety practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems on site.
• Clear communication and professional presentation.
• Team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• General building and carpentry repairs across commercial and residential sites.
• Facilities and property maintenance tasks.
• Reactive and preventative maintenance works.
• Handyman repairs across multiple sites and projects.
• Minor fit-out and improvement works.
• Identifying and reporting larger maintenance issues.
• Maintaining safe and compliant work practices on site.
• Collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
