Job summary

Lidoran Infrastructure Pty Limited is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians (Carpenters / Handymen) based in the Hunter Region, from Newcastle through to Singleton. Permanent rights and strong field experience are required; occasional travel to parts of NSW may be needed.

Role involves delivering remedial and repair works, supervising safety and coordinating programs, and managing subcontractors to ensure quality outcomes. Sole Traders need not apply.

Qualifications

• Permanent work rights with no restrictions
• Experience as Maintenance Technician/Carpenter/Handyman preferred
• Ability to work independently and with subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety and compliance
• Coordinate construction programs and schedules
• Manage subcontractors to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes
• Support pricing and scoping of works
• Review subcontractor workmanship and ensure quality standards
• Direct rework where required
• Report completed works to the Operations Manager
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Track productivity against budget and report variations or delays
