AA Appointments in Sydney is seeking an organised tourism professional to design and cost customised group itineraries and manage bookings with hotels, transport and airlines. Formación

• Experience in group travel operations or MICE.
• Strong knowledge of domestic destinations across Australia.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Design and cost customised group itineraries.
• Coordinate bookings with hotels, transport, airlines and other suppliers.
• Manage group operations and provide support while travellers are on tour.
• Proactively resolve issues and coordinate solutions when challenges arise.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
• Deliver outstanding service and meticulous attention to every journey.
• Assist in leading and supporting the groups team.
