Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience within a media owner or publisher.
• Advanced deal-structuring and negotiation skills with a proven history of closing high-value commercial agreements.
• A modern leadership style that inspires and coaches multidisciplinary teams through fast-paced change.

• Drive targeted commercial strategies across agency portfolios to exceed revenue goals across all assets.
• Architect unified, cross-platform media solutions leveraging data, programmatic trading, and integrated content.
• Cultivate high-level relationships across senior agency leads, brand marketing managers, and internal teams.
• Direct, mentor, and coach a cross-functional sales team, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
• Champion digital fluency, team agility, and continuous skill development across the team.
• Serve as a senior ambassador for Nine across the market, maintaining a strategic presence.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to deliver accurate revenue forecasting and capitalise on opportunities.
