Job summary

Vestas Australia seeks a senior leader to oversee grid connections and balance of plant across APAC projects. You will guide technical and contract management through the sales and connection phases, driving compliant, competitive solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in electrical power engineering, grid compliance, and leadership of cross-functional teams, with emphasis on wind and renewables.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in electricity/energy with people management.
• Master or doctorate in electrical power engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in wind or other renewables is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grid connection and balance of plant aspects across APAC projects.
• Lead technical and contract management during sales/connection phase.
• Ensure grid compliance and deliver technically balanced solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
