Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a senior cybersecurity advisor to lead governance, risk, compliance and assurance services for Federal Government departments. You will guide engagements, mentor consultants and deliver policy-oriented security outcomes.

The role requires deep expertise in PSPF, ISM, Essential 8, NIST CSF/800, CIS and IRAP processes, with strong stakeholder engagement at CISO-level and above. Experience mentoring teams and producing executive briefings is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT experience including 5+ years in Information Security, GRC, Risk or Audit.
• Strong policy writing skills aligned to ISM/PSPF; hands-on Essential 8 implementation.
• IRAP Assessor experience (or actively pursuing).
• Ability to engage senior government stakeholders and executive audiences (CISO-level and above).

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, risk, compliance and assurance engagements across Federal Government departments.
• Mentor junior consultants and engage senior government stakeholders.
• Develop policy documentation and security maturity assessments.
• Provide board-level briefings and executive communications on security posture.
