Royal Rehab in Milsons Point seeks a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. You will shape brand communications, craft compelling stories and deliver memorable visual experiences across channels.

The role is hands-on and requires a creative thinker who can turn ideas into great design, with responsibilities spanning brand development, publications, digital content, signage and motion graphics.

Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Communications team. As one of two senior designers, you'll help shape how we communicate through impactful design, compelling storytelling and memorable brand experiences.

This is a hands‑on role for a creative thinker who enjoys turning ideas into great design.

From concept to delivery, you'll create work that engages audiences, strengthens our brands and supports organisational growth.

Essential Criteria

• Significant experience in graphic design and visual communications
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Strong branding, typography and layout expertise
• Experience designing across print and digital channels
• Excellent attention to detail and project management skills

Desirable Criteria

• Video editing and motion graphics experience (Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• Experience working across multiple brands
