Job summary

Royal Rehab is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time 3-month temporary contract, based in Brisbane. You will own the full recruitment cycle from advertising to placement, engaging with internal stakeholders and candidates in a high-volume environment.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential to succeed in this busy, hands-on role. The role is ideal for someone returning to work, seeking balance, or pursuing a new challenge, with opportunities

About The Role.

We're on the lookout for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist, full-time on a 3 month temp contract (possibility of extension!!).

This is an internal recruitment role where you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle — from advertising, sourcing and setting interviews to client management and placement.

Strong communication skills are essential to success in this role. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have

• At least 3+ years of recruitment experience (agency or internal)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident working independently and as part of a collaborative team
