Job summary

Mackay Regional Council is seeking an Experienced Grader Operator to join the Capital Works Field Services team at the Paget Depot. You will operate grader, plant and trucks and perform labouring duties associated with the maintenance and construction of roads and drainage assets.

Essential qualifications include a White Card, HR licence, and competency to operate a motor grader >35kW, with Trimble-guided operation experience. You'll contribute to ongoing improvements and team safety.

Qualifications

• White Card required and valid.
• HR licence in good standing.
• Competency to operate grader >35kW and perform final trim.
• Experience in roads and drainage maintenance.
• Ability to lead and instruct work crews.
