Wurli-Wurlinjang Health Service in Katherine, NT seeks an experienced GP to join as an onsite Supervisor, mentoring early-career GPs and registrars to develop skills and confidence. The role supports GP trainees across RACGP and ACRRM pathways and may include occasional clinical work as a supernumerary GP.

Offer includes generous remuneration under the 2025 EBA, flexibility to work part-time or casually, relocation assistance, subsidised accommodation, and six weeks annual leave.

Qualifikationen

• Hold current specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA).
• Hold Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM.
• Minimum five years’ FTE GP experience and eligibility as RACGP/ACRRM supervisor.
• Demonstrate awareness of contemporary Aboriginal cultural and historical matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite supervision, mentoring and support to GP trainees.
• Support various vocational training pathways including AGPT, FSP, IP and PFP.
• Possibly undertake clinical work as a supernumerary GP if desired.
