Katherine West Health Board (KWHB) invites a Remote General Practitioner to Kalkaringi, NT. This role supports health services in remote communities with a FIFO roster of one month on and one month off, providing comprehensive medical care within a primary health care team.

Qualifications

• Current specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) is required.
• Fellow of the RACGP or ACRRM, or a minimum of three years’ GP experience.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to Aboriginal communities are essential.
• Accreditation or experience as a supervisor of GP registrars is advantageous.
• Broad-based primary care experience suitable for independent practice in rural/remote settings.
